Who built this
Hudson was built by Christy — a tech professional with 25 years of experience and a background in psychology and information management. A former college athlete and coach, she understands what it means to support someone through hard things without doing it for them.
After watching her son's mental health decline through AI that deepened his spirals, she built the safer alternative she couldn't find. The domain knowledge came from living it. The ability to build it came from 25 years in tech. Her son Hudson helped shape every guardrail.

- Built on Claude by Anthropic — one of the most safety-focused AI companies in the world. Their technology is our foundation.
- Patient conversations are never visible to clinicians. Ever. This is architectural, not a setting.
- Conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We do not sell, share, or monetize user data. Ever.
- Crisis routing to 988 and Crisis Text Line is hardcoded and always free
- We are actively working toward HIPAA compliance before any clinical deployment at scale
- A formal BAA process will be in place before Hudson is used in any clinical setting
- Built on Supabase, which supports HIPAA-eligible infrastructure
